Records Coordinator- Data Entry & Asset Management

We are seeking a Records Coordinator to manage asset data entry within the Cascade application, a system used to store and track regulators, capacitors, and reclosers. The primary responsibility of this role is to enter assets into the application and ensure accurate documentation for an on going contract.

The individual currently handling this role is transitioning to another group, leaving an opening for someone to take over data entry and data management responsibilities. The role requires attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and intermediate Excel proficiency.

This position includes a training period at the Jennings Lane location (near Newburg Rd and Watterson Expressway). After training, the primary work location will shift to downtown Louisville, where parking is provided. Hybrid work is available after training for those who prefer it.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter and manage asset data (e.g., regulators, capacitors, and reclosers) into the Cascade system.
• Communicate and work with different teams when new equipment is ordered. Asset numbers will need to be generated for the new equipment.
• Maintain precise documentation of asset movement within Cascade.
• Use Excel (intermediate level) for accessing asset data.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, requiring strong multitasking skill

Qualifications & Skills :

Experience with database management and data entry.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).

Proactive work ethic with strong initiative and self-direction.

Strong data entry skills, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a structured but dynamic environment with frequent interruptions.
