Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner of a small property management firm. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the office and facilitating effective communication with tenants, contractors, and owners. Job Title: Executive Assistant for Property Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day management tasks, including tenant communication,
- managing the owner’s calendar for showings and lease signings,
- maintaining files for renewal of leases,
- advertising of vacancies,
- initial screening of applicants, using software to onboard tenants to online payment portal,
- preparing a welcome packet of tenant information,
- monitoring the repair line and responding to requests,
- scheduling maintenance and follow up, and
- keeping the repair spreadsheet of requested repairs up to date.
