Our company is currently seeking a Grade Crew Foreman to support projects in the Columbia/Lexington areas. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Directing and supervising a crew of 4-5 employees to build jobs according to plans. 
• All paperwork associated with reporting hours for the crew and payroll. In addition to tracking and reporting on the work performed, as well as job status. 
• Basic understanding of grade-checking, construction math (volumes, area takeoffs, conversions), plan reading.
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
• Knowledge of soil and base construction, earthwork quality control test methods.
• Understand the capabilities of earthwork equipment.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand the basics of GPS technology and survey.
