Our company is currently seeking a Site Development Construction Project Manager to support projects in the Columbia/Lexington areas.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting civil engineering plans for site development.
- Effectively communicate and work closely with the foreman and superintendents, as well as municipality employees and other project managers and customers.
- Assisting field foreman with ordering materials, maintaining good working relationships with customers and inspectors, approving invoicing for time and materials, and setting up and attending inspections on job sites.
- Managing multiple jobs, including coordinating with project owners and engineers.
