Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and related tasks
- Collect and schedule employee time off requests in the company calendar
- Provide required paperwork for new contractors
- Answer and field incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage Accounts Payable, ensure bills are paid accurately and on time
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including Bank Deposits
- Track Data for Vendor Credit Limits, Credits, and Refunds
- Reconcile accounts weekly
- Collaborate with company accountant
- Setup and maintain QuickBooks items, transactions and other data
- Process credit card receipts / expense reporting
- Collect subcontractor documents such as COI’s and I-9’s
- Manage vehicle registrations and renewals
- Maintain data logs such as OSHA and EPA
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Motor Vehicle Record
- Candidate should have a good motor vehicle record and be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
Criminal Background Check
- Candidate should be able to pass a background check without any felonies, theft, or fraud related incidents.
Work Hours / Expectations
- This role is In Person Only / Not Remote
- 50 Hour work week
- 6 Paid Holidays
- 1 Week Paid Time Off (After meeting requirements)
- Paid certifications such as notary, CPR, etc.
- Continued education and training on company software
- Pay rate is dependent upon experience and performance

Currently our goals are to become AWI certified, move into a larger facility, and develop processes to streamline efficiency throughout the company.
