- Assemble, install, and configure kitchen equipment following safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, part replacements, and adjustments.
- Document maintenance activities to meet compliance and quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, including gas leaks, electrical malfunctions, and calibration problems.
- Customize and fabricate equipment to meet unique client requirements.
- Ensure all installations and maintenance work adhere to safety and industry regulations.

- Identify customer needs and provide consultative sales solutions.
