Position Overview:

As a Senior-Level Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing complex construction projects from start to finish. This high-level position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of construction processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make critical decisions to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to on-site teams, including subcontractors and vendors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications and industry standards
• Ensure project timelines are met and report progress to upper management
• Implement and maintain a safe work environment, including adhering to all OSHA regulations
• Manage project budget and resources, including materials, equipment and labor
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to resolve any design and construction issues
• Provide regular progress reports to upper management, stakeholders and owners
• Ensure that all construction activities are performed in compliance with building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field -OR- equivalent experience
• Minimum 8-10 years experience as a Construction Project Superintendent
• Extensive experience managing diverse construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting and safety regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising and motivating a team
