What You'll Actually Do:
- Manage accounts payable, including accurate coding and entry of invoices.
- Support large company initiatives, such as software implementation and process automation.
- Perform reconciliations for the general ledger and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial surveys.
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
- Maintain fixed asset records and book depreciation entries.
- Provide department managers with accurate expense reports while ensuring compliance with state survey requirements.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred but not required
- Degree or 2-3 years of working experience
- Excel skills
- General ERP experience
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Willingness to take initiative and tackle challenges
- Enthusiastic about learning and growth

- Target Compensation $24-$30/hour
