This international company has its North American HQ in DTC, and they need an experienced AR and Collections Manager to lead their local and overseas AR team. What You’ll Actually Do:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to a 12-person AR team, both US and international
- Successfully guide your team in managing $50M - $150M in outstanding AR
- Track metrics and KPIs to ensure timely collection
- Handle all escalated AR issues with tact and strategy
- Implement process improvement practices to current AR procedures
- Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and overall client debt
- Provide consultative service to consumers who are behind on payments
- Present weekly and monthly reports to division controller, CFO, and Board of Directors
- Be the point person for delegation of department tasks and ensure workload balance and team needs are being met
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- 5 years (minimum) of AR or Collections management of a team of 4 or more (both local and international)
- 8 years (minimum) of full-cycle, hands-on B2B AR and Collections experience
- SaaS industry experience required
- Prior NetSuite experience required
- High comfort level with AR analysis and presentation
- Experience in KPI and goal setting for an AR team
- Previous experience working with a minimum of $50 million in AR
- Exude a fun, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to speak in extensive detail to executive-level staff on the status of the AR department
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s in business or accounting and finance, highly preferred
Where and How Much:
- Remote, but must reside in Colorado and attend as-needed meetings in Broomfield
- Contract-to-hire; pay up to $48/hr based on experience
- Bonus and great benefits, once permanent
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
