What you’ll actually do:
• Leading comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and implementation company-wide
• Crafting detailed financial reports for the Owner and Leadership Team, focusing on crucial performance indicators, trends, and enhancement opportunities
• Formulating and overseeing the annual budget and long-term financial strategy, encompassing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow projections
• Supervising daily financial transactions and month-end closures to deliver accurate financial statements
• Establishing and managing job costing procedures
• Building and maintaining strong banking relationships to secure financing, managing credit facilities, and supporting expansion initiatives
• Spearheading ERP system enhancements and automation to streamline financial processes
• Acting as a trusted financial advisor to the Owner and Leadership Team, furnishing data-backed insights for strategic decision-making
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10 years of high-level financial leadership experience
• Experience in a rapidly scaling business
• Background in capital-intensive sectors, particularly in manufacturing or construction
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with implementation or integration expertise being highly advantageous
• Outstanding leadership skills, strategic acumen, and the ability to navigate intricate financial and operational landscapes
