Why This Job: SENIOR MANAGER OF FINANCAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
In this role, you will use your leadership and analytical skills to identify business opportunities, provide valuable insights, and work across the organization to guide and influence decisions. You will play a key role in building the foundation for actionable insights that help move the organization forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the key drivers in the forecast model and the ability to clearly communicate the broader financial story and outlook.
What You Will Actually Do:
- Manage the monthly financial close for FP&A, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while coordinating with cross-functional teams to validate data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, creating slides summarizing financial performance, key metrics, and trends for stakeholders
- Maintain budget forecasts to align with financial goals, collaborating with departments to ensure adherence and make adjustments as needed
- Update and review financial data and systems for accuracy while improving processes for greater efficiency and clarity
- Analyze special financial projects, collaborating with leadership to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions
- Oversee drug procurement data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for reporting and analysis
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business – MBA highly preferred
- 5 years of finance experience with accounting knowledge
- Experience within healthcare accounting and/or finance is required
- Public Audit experience a plus
- Modeling experience is needed
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and best practices
- Experience with NetSuite or Large ERP systems
- Accountable, respectful, and transparent
- Ability to tailor communication to the audience's needs, preferences, and level of expertise for relevance and engagement
Where and How Much
- Target Compensation $140K-$150K 15% bonus
