Overview:

As a Cleaning Technician at J4U Cleaning Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. This role involves detailed and thorough cleaning in various areas of homes and offices to ensure a pristine, sanitary, and welcoming environment. You will represent the company by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:
• Cleaning sinks, backsplashes, countertops, and kitchen appliances (inside and outside as needed).
• Dusting and cleaning furniture, decorations, blinds, windowsills, and baseboards.
• Vacuuming and mopping all floors, including stairs and hard surfaces.
• Sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, shower stalls, and fixtures.
• Straightening and presenting bedrooms, including bed-making and surface cleaning.
• Execute deep cleaning tasks as required:
• Removing grease, soap scum, and buildup from surfaces.
• Hand washing baseboards, wood trim, cabinet fronts, and behind appliances.
• Cleaning windows, patio doors, and frames (inside and outside as needed).
• Shampooing carpets and furniture.
• Handle and care for cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow specific checklists to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or special requests from clients to management.
• Comply with company policies and safety standards.
