Duties and responsibilities :
Collect and consolidate production reports, including workshop reports and base production reports.
- Analyze and track the repair rates of fragments and the scrap rates of solar panels.
- Summarize workshop performance indicators and prepare reports on production loss due to two-hour downtimes.
- Create and maintain a production capacity loss analysis report.
- Summarize the production line plans, workshop defects, and work orders.
- Update the daily data on the production floor.
- Organize and compile weekly and monthly departmental reports.
- Collect and organize site documentation related to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate department meetings, training notifications, meeting records, and track progress.
- Manage departmental office supplies.
- Analyze and calculate quality-related costs.
- Organize and summarize the monthly team lead inspection checklists.
- Handle additional work-related tasks as assigned.
