What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Administrative Assistant- Jewelry Sales position at JAB Jewelry Designs?
JAB Jewelry Designs, Pittsburgh's top custom jeweler is seeking a retail administrative assistant. The position will be responsible for assisting sales associates in organizing appointments, answering phone calls, responding to online requests, running the POS system and other various tasks to help facilitate an exceptional customer experience.
Applicant must be well organized, a multi-tasker, a self-starter, and have strong computer skills along with a keen sense of detail. The ability to communicate well with both customers and co-workers is important. This position involves supporting sales in a small team. The job has a great work environment and is full-time with medical and retirement benefits.
Additional skills that are helpful would be photography, familiar with photo editing software, and drawing skills. There is opportunity to design and sell custom jewelry as well.
We are willing to train the right candidate and the starting pay is listed as such. We would also be willing to interview seasoned jewelry sales/designers, salary will be commensurate with experience. We have a small team that works together in a cohesive and productive setting.
