What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Admin Assistant position at JAB MANAGEMENT SERVICES?

Maintain Accounting Trackers
Prepare various Financial Reports
Financial Statement Distribution
Compile information for site visits
Assist with emails and schedule for Controller
Assist in the organization, scheduling, and notification of finance meetings, take minutes and distributes accordingly
Assist the Controller with quarterly/annual local tax filings and annual report
Copy/Filing/Scanning/Shredding of claims department documents
Assist with annual corporate filings
Answer provider calls per the schedule for claims
Administrative assistance, i.e., letters, strategic plans, reports, presentations, etc. as requested by Controller
Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications for Controller Maintain Controller filing, shredding, and office organization
Assist with updating pool reports to send to each site monthly
Complete pharmacy accruals each month & compile into a full medication list
Any and all other duties assigned
2 years of related experience
Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to work independently with initiative.
Highly organized
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; hands-on training
