General Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Analyst with experience in Salesforce CRM , Marketing Cloud , and basic development skills . You will support both CRM and Marketing Cloud operations , assisting the Marketing team in managing data, automating campaigns, and implementing technical enhancements. This role requires a mix of analytical, technical, and marketing automation expertise.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Support the Marketing team by building and managing customer journeys, automations, and personalized communications.
Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Manage data segmentation, integration, and automation within Salesforce platforms.
Assist cross-functional teams with technical issues and enhancements.
Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns and Salesforce workflows.
Job Requirements
3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools : Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Basic Salesforce development skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Strong understanding of data management, including SQL, AMPscript, and HTML for personalized marketing.
Experience with data integration between Salesforce platforms and external systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce configurations.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
Familiarity with marketing analytics, customer journey optimization, and ROI analysis.
Experience with Lightning development and Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow).
Working Conditions
Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle / workspace area.
