Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in various design software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present architectural designs that align with client specifications and project requirements.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings, models, and plans for various projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within established budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare project schedules and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.
- Incorporate sustainable design practices into architectural solutions where applicable.
- Assist in interior design aspects to create cohesive environments that enhance user experience.
- Utilize advanced software tools such as Autocad, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, NavisWorks, Grasshopper, and others for modeling and visualization purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software is required; familiarity with Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, NavisWorks, and Grasshopper is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in budgeting for projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions are essential for success in this role.
- Experience with Brownfield and Greenfield.

Pay: $56.00 - $82.00 per hour
