Job Description :
As an HSE Coordinator with JAB Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance across all oilfield operations. Your primary role will be to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety programs to minimize risk and enhance the well-being of all employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near misses, providing recommendations for corrective actions and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and conduct HSE training and orientations for field and shop personnel to ensure safety awareness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of safety meetings, inspections, audits, and incident reports.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HSE issues and improvements.
- Promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive participation from all team members.
