You will use this knowledge to locate potential resources and connect clients with the support they need. Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate entry of activities into required client data management systems and provide regular reporting on advocacy activities and professional development.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for attending mandatory meetings and trainings, as well as completing a minimum of 10 hours annually of professional development to improve your skills and knowledge.
