Job Overview
Jabbar HR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Training Assistant to support our Organizational Training Specialist in the execution of leadership and professional development programs. The Training Assistant will be responsible for logistics, material preparation, video recording, and on-site support to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn while working alongside experienced trainers and organizational development professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Training Preparation & Logistics:
- Assist in coordinating logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize training materials, handouts, workbooks, and presentation slides.
- Ensure that all technology (AV equipment, projectors, Zoom, microphones, cameras, etc.) is set up and functioning properly before sessions.
- Manage participant registration, sign-ins, and post-training surveys to collect valuable feedback.
On-Site & Virtual Support:
- Provide real-time assistance during training sessions, including timekeeping, material distribution, and responding to participant needs.
- Monitor Zoom or webinar platforms during virtual sessions, managing breakout rooms, chat functions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Record training sessions using video and audio equipment, ensuring high-quality footage for future use.
- Support the trainer in tracking participant engagement and taking notes during training discussions.
Post-Training & Administrative Support:
- Assist in editing and organizing training videos for internal use and learning libraries.
- Maintain and update training databases, materials, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Compile training reports by gathering feedback, attendance records, and evaluation results.
- Support in developing new training materials and improving existing content based on feedback.

- Basic knowledge of video recording, editing software, and AV equipment is a plus.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in learning and development, leadership training, or HR consulting.
Compensation & Contract Details
- Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
- Travel expenses will be covered for national training sessions.
- Contract length and project scopes will be determined upon hiring.
