What will you do?
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- A majority of the time, upon completion of a process, move independently to the next priority
- Capable of training
- Monitor production processes and communicate solutions for production challenges with team leadership
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes
- Maintain accurate production records by clocking in and out of jobs
- Where applicable, follow process documentation
- Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and use of protective gear
- Ability to help craft process documents
- Create jobs and ship jobs to stock to E2
- Note defects within a part and classify appropriately for MRB
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure products meet specifications
- Identify problems with production or manufactured goods
Experience:
- 2 years experience in manufacturing or role with equivalent skillsets
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Follow instructions
- Process oriented
- Capable of working within a team and independently
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dexterity/fine motor function
