Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Operations Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating facilities equipment, including building controls, fire protection systems, and HVAC systems.
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a facilities-related role and an Associate's degree in a technical field such as Refrigeration or Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. Alternatively, the candidate may possess equivalent education, experience, and/or training.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate facilities equipment, including but not limited to, building controls, fire protection systems, and HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of utilities equipment, physical structure of establishment, and various production equipment.
- Plan, coordinate, inspect, and perform maintenance and supports project management for facility-related projects.
- Maintain and repair facilities equipment, including air & water filter changes on various systems, problem-solving and repair of in-house systems, and fabricating and assembling in-house processes and systems.
- Assist in fabricating and assembling in-house processes and systems, such as furnace cooling system, air system, and other various facility tasks.
- Attend or complete all required safety training.
- Promote safety to all associates, contractors that enter the work area.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a technical field such as Refrigeration or Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning or Electrician.
- 2-4 years of experience in a facilities-related role.
- Ability to draw and interpret statistical bar and line graphs.
