Job Description
The Financial Performance Analyst will coordinate the completion of all plant accounting and financial reporting activities related to the assigned manufacturing location, partnering with Operations in achieving operational targets and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures and policies.
- Comply with QMS/EMS/ISO procedures and work instructions.
- Perform strategic business partner role for the manufacturing team.
- Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory management, forecasting, cost accounting, and related analytical analysis.
- Oversee the monthly financial closing process.
- Ensure internal controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively.
