This position is responsible for completing projects related to network and/or server system implementation/migration.
Responsibilities
- Have meetings with customers, vendors, and the sales team to design the best solutions so that the sales team can create proposals and quotations.
- Create configurations on Firewall, Router, Switch, Access Point.
- Visit customer sites to install network equipment.
- Escalate issues to the next level of support and/or vendors in a timely manner.
- Provide Tier 1 or Tier 2 end-user support or troubleshooting by isolating problems via emails and phones.
- Communicate with manufacturers to coordinate hardware repairs.
- Visit customer sites to solve problems.
- Collaboration skills with colleagues, business partners, and customers.
- Strong will to improve skills, experience new challenges, and contribute to customers.
Language:
- English and Japanese at Business level
- Must have: TCP/IP protocol, Network equipment (Firewall, Router, Switch, Access Point, etc.)
- Nice to have: Windows OS (Client, Server), Windows Network System (Active Directory), Virtualization Software (VMware, Hyper-V), Cloud Server (Azure, AWS)
