Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager. This role involves collaborating with tax offices and internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient tax reporting and planning. The manager will be responsible for overseeing tax-related activities and transfer pricing operations in compliance with state, federal, and international regulations.

Responsibilities

Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments (State & Federal):

• Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly estimated tax payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  
  
  

Tax Provision (State & Federal):

• Collaborate with tax firms to prepare and review tax provisions.
• Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of tax provisions in financial statements.
  
  
  

Tax Return (State & Federal):

• Work with tax firms to prepare and file state and federal tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  
  
  

Other Taxes (City Tax, Property Tax, etc.):

• Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of various other tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely payments.
  
  
  

Tax-Related Accounting:

• Handle tax-related accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of tax-related transactions.
  
  
  

Transfer Pricing:

• Develop and review transfer pricing policies to support appropriate pricing strategies.
• Handle transfer pricing audits and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and transfer pricing.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and international tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
