Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and assist with seating arrangements while providing exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with seating options.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the POS system.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating special events or large parties as needed.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and service throughout the dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Pay: $12.84 - $14.00 per hour
