Entry or Mid-Level
Primarily responsible for providing support, troubleshooting and testing for various software applications. Candidate job duties include:
- Provide technical support for multiple application systems
- Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for resolving issues
- Prioritize and manage multiple open issues
- Document steps and progression from issue to resolution
Required Experience and Skills:
- Verbal/written communication
- Customer service, empathy and patience
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Knowledge/use of issue tracking systems (DevOps, JIRA, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
- Bonus Skills: Microsoft SQL query writing and data analytics
