Our Client is seeking a Case Manager for its Securities Litigation department. The appropriate candidate will be highly motivated, be able to work independently, and have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include document retrieval and review, factual investigation and analysis, application of relevant industry rules and regulations, direct client communication, and production of written evaluative report and recommendation.
Requirements include:
- J.D. or significant paralegal experience
- Superior oral, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented
- Ability to be resourceful and handle dozens of matters at once.
