Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the preschool, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and daily operations.
- Provide leadership and support to teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to improve educational programs and services.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality educational standards.
- Educate parents and the community about the preschool's mission, programs, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions as necessary to support individual learning needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
