Position Overview:
The BDC Manager / Sales Manager is a crucial role that combines both leadership with sales and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for answering leads, managing inbound and outbound communications with potential customers, and working with our sales team to close deals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent contact.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
- Manage and respond to online reviews and customer feedback.
- Assist with outbound prospecting campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to generate new leads.
- Assist customers in the showroom by providing product information and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to close deals and achieve monthly sales goals.
- Present and negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers.
- Keep up to date with Audi product knowledge, promotions, and dealership specials.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for future sales.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive in a high-energy environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software and technology tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A passion for the automotive industry, particularly Audi, is a plus!
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
