Experienced Audi Service Advisor / Writer

Jack Daniels Audi is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to join our team of excellence!

Responsibilities:

• Following up on all service appointments
• Working with service manager to ensure that all goals are met
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge
• Maintain a high CSI
• Update customers on their vehicles’ status
• Achieve high hours per RO

Requirements:

• Ability to create a memorable experience for our customers

Qualifications
- Automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
- Customer service experience in an automotive setting
- Service writing skills and experience in auto estimating
- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Familiarity with dealership operations and service management
- Knowledge of various automotive systems and repair procedures, including transmissions, brakes, and suspension

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
