Hanania Buick/GMC has a few openings for our St. Augustine sales team. We will train, motivate and compensate you tremendously for your work ethic. We offer a great culture, outstanding pay plan, flexible schedule and the best hands-on training.
Position Overview:
- You will be part of our New & Pre-Owned Buick/GMC Sales Team. We will train you on the vast product lines we sell.
- We will make sure you have a complete understanding of our CRM showroom management system.
- We will role play with you, so you have the complete confidence from the initial customer approach to the final follow up after the sale.
- We will coach and mentor you, so that your learning curve potential matches your earning curve potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Completing all Buick/GMC product certification webinar testing and ongoing product vehicle walk-arounds.
- Showroom Sales Process: Being able to learn our sales process from the initial customer approach to the final follow up after the sale.
- Clients' Needs Assessment: Building rapport with clients while assisting them in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and one that also fits their budget.
- Vehicle Test Drive: Lead customers on thrilling hands-on vehicle walk-arounds, followed by a test drive, showcasing the performance and innovation of each vehicle.
- The Final Orientation: Making sure the clients love the vehicle they drove and give them a complete tour of our store, so you can earn the sale.
- The Close: Presenting third party data and digital proposals for final quick negotiating, while making sure the client experience always comes first.
- Client Follow-Up & Retention: Follow-up after clients leave, by utilizing our CRM to make sure clients are completely satisfied and return for more sales and service.
What we need:
- Charismatic and customer-focused, with the ability to want to build rapport by offering the best client experience.
- Sales experience is a plus, but we also train sales rookies with a burning passion to succeed.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the drive to learn and want to be above average.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
- A self-motivated, high-energy performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license.
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
