**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Cashier to join our dynamic retail team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while promoting our products. **Responsibilities:**
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and disposing of trash.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by conducting product demos and providing detailed information to customers.
- Apply technical sales skills to promote high-demand items and suggest relevant products.
- Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in the electronics and grocery store categories.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience working as a cashier or in a retail environment is essential.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register is a must.
