Aesthetic Patient Care Sales Consultant

Jack Jill Aesthetics is looking to hire an Experienced Aesthetic Patient Care Sales Consultant. We have a great team of people and are looking to add another person to our work family.

Patient Concierge / Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consult and sell patients on Treatments & Skincare Products we offer
• Educate patients about financing options
• Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors in person or on the telephone
• Must be able to multitask
• Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule
• Review service delivery compared to schedule.
• Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
• Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
• Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Maintains business office inventory and equipment
• Help patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
• Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
