Jack Jill Aesthetics is looking to hire an Experienced Aesthetic Patient Care Sales Consultant. We have a great team of people and are looking to add another person to our work family.
Patient Concierge / Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult and sell patients on Treatments & Skincare Products we offer
- Educate patients about financing options
- Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors in person or on the telephone
- Must be able to multitask
- Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule
- Review service delivery compared to schedule.
- Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Maintains business office inventory and equipment
- Help patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
