Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Insurance CSR at our office in Zelienople, PA. The Personal Insurance CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting clients with their insurance needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering the phones, mail, answering inquiries, managing policy changes, processing claims, and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives skills
- Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using insurance management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in insurance or related fields are a plus
