Job Description : We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team. As a Lead Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' facilities. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, assisting to oversee their work, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Pay : $15 / hour
Average Schedule : 5pm - 1am
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively train and motivate team members
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in cleaning or facility management are a plus
