Job Title : Cleaning Technician
Location : Columbia City
Job Type : Part-time
Salary : $13 / per hour ($0.50 / hr attendance bonus after first week)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 5 : 00pm-8 : 15pm

Responsibilities : General Cleaning :
General Cleaning :
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized industrial environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
Equipment Cleaning :
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and power washers, to maintain machinery and workspaces.
- Ensure proper maintenance and storage of cleaning tools and equipment.
Waste Management :
- Collect and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Separate recyclables from non-recyclables.
Safety Compliance :
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Report any safety hazards, malfunctions, or damage to the supervisor.
Detail Cleaning :
Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including window washing, wall cleaning, and high-dust removal.
Communication :
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient cleaning processes.
- Communicate any special cleaning requirements or issues to the supervisor.
Inventory Management :
- Monitor and report the need for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of cleaning materials.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain various cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, weekends, or overtime as needed.
