The Retail Sales Specialist is for our Home Floor Designs Showroom in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate is looking for a career in sales and has working knowledge of flooring and/or interior renovation projects. They must have strong customer service skills and strive to be a great communicator. This role requires the ability to manage a sales process and close sales in order to meet monthly sales goals. We are a team environment that requires an enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales work day. Training will be provided to ensure a strong core knowledge of the flooring industry.

Requirements:
Experience in retail sales - preferably commission-based
Computer proficient
College degree preferred
