As a sales associate, you'll be responsible for helping customers find the perfect piece of jewelry to complement their style. You'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our clients.
Jack Lewis Jewelers has been a Bloomington institution since 1927 and we've grown, yet again, to where we need to add another full time sales associate. The applicant does not need jewelry experience or even retail, but we are looking for certain qualities in our next sales associate.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Fun-loving and outgoing, with a positive attitude that lights up a room
- Passionate about fashion and up-to-date on the latest trends
- A natural communicator who can easily strike up a conversation with anyone
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for style and design
- Excited to learn about our products and share that knowledge with our customers
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work Saturdays
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with their jewelry needs
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Processing transactions and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Participating in visual merchandising and store maintenance duties
- Participating in continuing education within the jewelry industry
