Jack Link's Protein Snacks is a global leader in snacking and the No. 1 meat snack brand in America. We are looking for an Art Director / Designer – Digital and Social Media to join our Marketing Creative Services team. This position will focus on crafting ideas for the full range of Link Snacks brands and executing those ideas across social media platforms, e-commerce, and more.

Responsibilities :

Conceptual Ideation, Development, Execution : Create and design original digitally-focused content in collaboration with our social media and e-commerce marketing teams.

Asset Execution : Facilitate revisions and feedback from internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication of marketing initiatives.

Planning and Management : Meet established deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Content Management : Archive final files and oversee the implementation of new content.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

Four years of agency / brand work experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing both big-idea campaign thinking and quick-turn social media excellence.

Team player with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.

Willingness to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Photography experience and advanced typography skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

Experience with front-end web design, motion graphics, and video production.

CPG industry experience.
