The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in distribution management and 2 years in a distribution operations manager role. Strong organizational and management skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
