The SAP S4 IT Project Manager - Order to Cash will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing SAP S4 projects related to the Order to Cash process. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 modules, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following :
- Project Planning : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Execution : Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Leadership : Lead the implementation of SAP S4 projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment for the Order to Cash process.
- Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans.
- Budget Management : Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
- Team Management : Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP S4 systems supporting Order to Cash, Transportation, and Warehousing domains.

The salary range for this role is $108,800 - $149,600 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
