What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Sales Manager position at Jack Madden Ford?
Jack Madden Ford of Norwood, Massachusetts is looking for a General Sales Manager. We have a management team in place that needs a strong leader, capable of managing a store and driving sales staff to produce results.
Jack Madden Ford has been in family hands for 69 years and has the customers and staff to show for it!
Previous Ford experience is a plus but is not necessary to apply.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in New Vehicle Automotive Dealerships
- Commercial vehicle knowledge is a plus but not necessary
- Ability and knowledge to order vehicles through Fords ordering catalog
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team
- Knowledge of CDK and CRM systems (Elead Preferred)
- Ability to drive New car sales production with Sales staff and Management team
- Knowledge and ability to appraise used cars and manage used vehicle inventory
- Track record of meeting or exceeding New Vehicle CSI scores
- Ability to work with other department heads when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
