What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payment & Fraud Analyst position at JACK Main?
Main responsibilities:
- Review and process payment activities.
- Monitor deposit and withdrawal queues and prevent high-risk transactions.
- Analyze player behavior through payment gateway data to draw conclusions and recommendations.
- Performing high-level analysis over large datasets to produce insights that enable better business outcomes.
- Preparing reports for the leadership team that identifies trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Analyze fraud and transactions reports.
- Dispute chargeback.
- Communicate with third-party vendors to solve problems.
- Work across multiple teams to improve the player experience.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues and collaborate with first level technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with Accounting, IT and Product teams to achieve betJACK’s goals.
- Maintain general payment industry knowledge, challenge the status quo, and apply best practices or new ideas.
- Perform payments activities reconciliation and assist accounting team with auditing tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advance MS Excel skills.
- Analytical capabilities necessary to comprehend metrics and identify key drivers for improving performance.
- Experience with Fraud prevention and chargeback dispute.
- Goal-driven with strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Team-based mindset and a self-starter with the ability to positively influence team members.
- Ability to quickly understand business problems, distil into analytics and reporting that provides. actionable intelligence for the broader betJACK organization.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- At least 21 years of age.
