What You’ll Do
Project Planning & Coordination
- Partner with production and cross-functional teams to understand project scope, goals, and deliverables, translating creative concepts into actionable production plans.
- Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and workflows, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, capturing key takeaways and following up on action items to maintain momentum.
Event Production & Execution
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Post-Event Wrap-Up & Reporting

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually, depending on relevant factors including experience, internal equity and market considerations. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
