Responsibilities : Client Relationships
Build and maintain strong client relationships across a range of personalities and seniority levels.Serve as a trusted advisor while providing strategic leadership to client stakeholders.Program Oversight
Lead the planning and execution of ~20 tradeshows annually, overseeing vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless deliveryPartner with multiple internal client teams, including product, SMEs, and accessories, to align onsite needs.Project Leadership
Manage suppliers and external agencies to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.Drive internal and external project meetings, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.Oversee creative ideation, collaboration, production, and execution of go-to-market initiatives.Team Management
Direct and support a small team, including Sr. Project Associates, while fostering a positive team climate.What we're looking for :
Strong leadership presence; comfortable leading client meetings and driving discussionsProven project management expertise, including overseeing complex, multi-team projectsKnowledge of and ability to facilitate creative, account & production elements as it supports client strategies, objectives, tactics & program specsExperience in overseeing JMW ideation, collaboration, coordination, production and execution of launch go-to-market initiatives for both internal and external audiencesExperience in developing, managing and coordinating key project meetings with client internal stakeholders and partner agenciesAbility to work and direct JMW disciplines as needed – to develop & execute client deliverablesFull understanding of an integrated marketing approach (both internal & external) with the ability to crossover client disciplines and areas of expertiseAbility to manage budget, scope and potential incremental business communication with clientNice to haves : Tradeshow management experience (working with vendors, securing services, etc.)B2B marketing knowledge and experience.Success Measures :
