Project Manager, Experiential Marketing

What does a Project Manager do?

• Work across internal departments to ensure seamless program integration, including strategy & planning, creative, production and agency systems
• Cultivate relationships with key client contacts and partners (multiple agencies & partnerships)
• Coordinate and collaborate with agency partners to help facilitate integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and drive client's brand experience results
• Participate and take active role in annual experiential marketing & partnership strategic planning; investigate and develop new and relevant initiatives that meet the client's objectives
• Manage project teams and the implementation of experiential and promotional initiatives
• Understand and work within client's operations / processes as needed to ensure effective and timely reviews and approvals
• Understand all divisional projects in effort to ensure brand alignment and efficiencies
• Guide measurement approaches as a basis for evaluating results
• Ensure clear communication to the client regarding scope, budget, schedules and project status / action items

What we require :

• Minimum 5 years agency and project experience, preferably in event marketing
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong presentation, communication / writing skills
• Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members
• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments at once, utilizing highly efficient time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Microsoft Access, Adobe InDesign / Photoshop experience is a plus
• Demonstrated self-starter who can build great client relationships
• Willing to travel (up to 20%) and work weekends if needed
