We are looking for an Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. A successful candidate for this position will be articulate, confident and will be willing to work in a team-oriented environment. The ability to communicate effectively at all times is an essential requirement for this job.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience in automotive sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in retail sales and outbound sales techniques
- Ability to negotiate and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience with CRM software and inventory management
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and retail math proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
