Job Title: Car Wash Attendant

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Car Wash Attendant. The Car Wash Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash facility, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them through the car wash process, ensuring that their vehicles are clean and shiny when they leave.
• Operate and maintain car wash equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and brushes.
• Clean and maintain the car wash facility, including restrooms, waiting areas, and parking lots.
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have about the car wash process or equipment.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and honesty.
• Up-sell additional services, such as waxing or detailing.
• Perform minor maintenance on car wash equipment as needed.
• Ensure that the car wash facility is in compliance with all local and federal regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate car wash equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
