Jack’s Maintenance Service is currently looking to hire a hardworking and driven Experienced Floor Technician with a passion to exceed and grow within our Elite company. We are a janitorial and maintenance company specializing in commercial cleaning. We do what it takes to get the job done right, and we’ve been doing it that way since our founding in 1952.
As an Experienced Floor Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of job duties (including but not limited to):
• Operating of commercial cleaning equipment such as high wet & dry vacuums, and Floor Scrubbers
• Help develop and train floor technicians
• Travel to client work sites and surrounding areas (vehicle provided) to complete scheduled work orders
• Performs floor/carpet care as well as maintenance duties in a variety of environments including offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools and other settings.
• Stripping, Waxing, and Buffing of floors
Desired Skills
• Prior janitorial experience or experience with commercial flooring is required
• Prior supervisor experience is preferred but not required
• Valid Drivers’ License & acceptable driving record required
• Must be able to successfully pass an extensive background check
